Grilled Colorado Palisade Peaches with Honey Cream
Ingredients:
4 fresh Colorado Palisade Peaches
1-2 TBSP missBEEhaving honey; try different flavors. Some of the Queen Bee’s favorites are Whipped Ginger Peach, Hibiscus Ginger, Nahua Orange, Let it BEE, and of course Fiery Hot.
1-2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1. Gently wash peaches and cut in half, removing pit.
2. Mix other ingredients together in a Ziplock.
3. Place peaches in Ziplock turning to coat evenly with the honey mixture. Let marinate about 15 minutes, turning often to coat peaches.
4. Place cut size down onto hot grill. Grill 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear.
5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream or drizzle fresh honey whipped cream.
*if honey becomes non-liquidly, you can gently warm it by sitting the jar in a very hot cup of water or in the microwave for 30 secoinds at 1/2 power. Do not over warm or you will reduce the benefits of raw honey.
Honey Creme
Ingredients:
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 TBSP of your favorite missBEEhaving Honey. Some of the Queen Bee’s favorites are Whipped Ginger Peach, Hibiscus Ginger, Nahua Orange, Let it BEE, and of course Fiery Hot.
1/2 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients in a 2 cup or larger bowl. Using a frother or blender stick, blend until cream stiffens, do not overwhip as cream will lose its thickness.
